Business Continuity Program Lead, CF

 Based on the SSC working model, responsible for the operational areas tasked with execution of 

full scope (end to end) finance and accounting operations 

 Regional process owner for all Finance and Accounting tasks and functions outsourced to the 

 Key account for major SSC customers according to the SSC matrix organization, within the 

regional scope.

 Ensure appropriate implementation and compliance of accounting processes according to rules 

and regulations provided by law and internal guidelines for all relevant accounting transactions.

o Experience (in area and years):

 At least 5 years in Management/Team Lead Positions.

 At least 2 years in international experience (worked with international counterparts)

 At least 2 years in shared services

 At least 3 years in AP/AR accounting positions (advantage but not necessary)

o Key Competencies: (Management, Consulting, Accounting, Cross Functions)

 Specialist or expert with broad experience in Business Skills (Masters management tools and 

 Specialist or expert with broad experience in Team Leadership (Ability to prioritize and 

distribute work, to set up goals and track performance. Ability to motivate teams)

 Theoretical and working knowledge in Project Management (Scope, budget, risk, and 

communication management.)

 Theoretical knowledge in Relationship and SLA management (Negotiation, development, 

tracking and evaluation of SLAs. Negotiation of conditions, conflict mediation and escalation)

 Experience with specific trainings in an automotive or other vehicle related business. Able to 

identify accounting impacts based on MPC business changes or vice versa.

 Overall accounting knowledge, highly analytical;

 Theoretical and working knowledge in IFRS standards (including valuations, etc.)

 Experience with specific trainings in Finance and accounting processes (Knowledge of finance 

and accounting business processes and their IT co-relation in SAP, other systems and interfaces)

 Good knowledge and experience in ICS standards (Knowledge of internal control procedures)

 Theoretical knowledge in country specific (Acquainted with relevant country specific such as 

local GAAP, tax, legislation, etc. and related MPC specific -payment conditions, collection 

procedures, etc.), advantage but not necessary,

 Experience with specific trainings in accounting (Knowledge the entire accounting process and 

the interdependencies with other accounting processes.)

 Expertise in SAP mainly FI module (advantage but not must).

 Good knowledge and experience in Excel (Knowledge, experience and application)

 Good knowledge and experience with specific trainings in Office Tools (Knowledge, experience 

and application)

 English: Speaks and writes business language fluently

 Specialist or expert with broad experience in communication (Communication with different 

stakeholders with different interests. Conflict mediation and escalation.)

 Specialist or expert with broad experience in Analytical skills (Ability for in depth analysis)

 Specialist or expert with broad experience in Customer orientation (Ability to meet customer 

demands without bringing the company into disadvantage)

 Customer Service Oriented

 Process and Project oriented

 Specialist or expert with broad experience in Team work (Ability for collaborative working)

 Willingness and proven commitment to work on Graveyard Shift Operations on a continuing 

and regular basis.
